I met with Rick DiPaolo. I was very impressed with his knowledge about the windows and warranties. He sat with me for over an hour and went over everything. I chose Window Nation over another well known company feeling like I will recieve better service. The price was a little above the other company but still reasonable. So now I wait for install and hopefully they will do the best job. Update: Just had the windows installed and they are beautiful. The two young men who installed them were absolutely wonderful. Nick and Austin were a wealth of knowledge and knew what they were doing. They were in sync with each other. They did not mess up anything. I have flowers under one of the windows and not a one was smashed or broken. They also helped me with my blinds. I would highly recommend this company.

The company did an excellent job installing my new windows. They were professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. The crew was on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and I'm already noticing a difference in my energy bills and overall comfort in my home. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and look forward to working with them again in the future.

UPDATE: It took me far too long to update this review, and for that I apologize...please charge it to my head, not my heart. Window Nation addressed and handled every single concern with a positive can-do attitude. I pray I won't ever have to replace windows again, but if I did, I'd call Window Nation immediately. A year later, and my windows are still beautiful and performing. I removed my solar screens to enjoy the look, and my electric bill is still lower! As a single mom of 4 boys, this was a HUGE, expensive undertaking for me, and I was, admittedly, a bit worried. Marvin and his team *initially* eased my fears. Their *initial* professionalism, workmanship, and friendliness were unmatched. Tommy Muñoz and Alex were BEYOND patient with me. Tommy moved mountains to get my project done in a timely manner given my multiple leaks and this rainy weather. Without their efforts, my home would still be at risk. THANK YOU!!!!! However, after closer inspection, I see many of my windows were left with holes that should have been plugged with the accompanying white plugs. The installers left a few that my sons and I were able to use, but there are many windows without them. My concern is rainwater entering the screens and infiltrating the framing via these openings. I've also discovered that one of my window sills that was severely water damaged and was supposed to be replaced was not replaced. Instead, the crew caulked over the mound of water damage. I've put in a service call and will hopefully have a positive response to report soon.
