Dean Hasell came to give us a quote for a new outside door, on the same day that I ‘phoned. He was really friendly, while being efficient, thorough and professional. He was very polite and helpful, explained everything fully, and answered all our questions. He showed us different choices for the glass etc, and explained the benefits. I will definitely be using Permaframe for any more new doors and windows that I need.

Your representative Marcand we found to be friendly knowledgeable and very experienced. He answered all are questions honestly and promptly without any hesitation. He was very patient and did not rush the visit and made sure we understood p.everything .
