This is some text inside of a div block.
Firstly, the company charged me more many times. When I requested refund, they refused and then they said refund would be 30 WORKING DAYS! However, actually it’s just 14 normal days. Secondly, they processed refund confirmation email. However, they still don’t release my money and overdue. After I sent email to Coventry Mayor and Councillors and foward to them, they released my refund in a few minutes! Please see the screenshots! Hope my experience can help other customers to get their money back!

They reduced my bill in return I delete my reviews. But my internet is still shocking and worse than ever. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE V4!! My internet has been god awful for 8 months, nothing changed just worse. Please honestly just go else where

What an asset your Tech support person SAMMY is to the V4 company. We are extremely grateful for her patience and guidance helping us to get our TV started today after installation. Her knowledge and expertise is exceptional. We are new customers to V4 and are very impressed with our first experience contacting the support team. Sammy deserves a medal ! We are in our 70's and useless with technology but Sammy made us feel at ease. What a wonderful person. Thank you!
