Jordan the engineer who came out to sort everything was very hardworking and helpful, he sorted it out to get us back up to full compliance and did everything with a fantastic attitude. I can’t thank you enough for all your help and just wanted to let you know that Jordan is an absolute honour to have as your employee. Awful company, I have used for years. They have blatantly lied to me. Added on extra charges I did not agree to. You have lost me as a customer. AVOID this company complete cowboys. 0 stars If I could. Read other customer reviews on here. Also if you look at my other reviews you can see I NEVER leave 1 star reviews. Also they kept calling to try and make my appt sooner and calling to add on additional services which I kept saying no to.

After several attempts, I have had enough! This company will always try to take advantage of your business, either by including hidden charges in your invoice or by making you a peace offer on the phone, but forgetting to mention they are charging you twice as much as a standard offer. The fact that you always need to be so cautious with everything they say and "offer" and that you need to read attentively the small writing at the bottom of everything you are sent, makes them an unreliable company. Definitely, not the partner I want for my business. I do not recommend and wont be using again.
