Professional people get paid to do the work they know how to do. I expect professionals to be consistent. This is what I always get when I am dealing with Inspire. Year after year I have a great customer service experience with them when I renew. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of a strong sense of customer-centricity when dealing with the public and customers. I think Inspire is a great partner to work with. I love hearing about how much land has been saved because of our connection with Inspire.

I initially switched to Inspire because I wanted to support use of renewable sources of energy but also to keep close to my current rate or better. Inspire lured me in with a 2 month fixed bill of about $74.99 with language saying a "new customized price for the remainder of your Subscription Term." I was never informed about the new, fixed price which turned our to be $229/month which is well above my average of roughly $185/month when using my local provider. I overpaid for a long time before noticing recently, so I reached out to inspire and requested a cancellation. A rep wrote me back agreeing that the fixed plan was not a good deal and then offered a rate that was still 52% higher than my local option (after robbing me blind for two years!). I responded saying her offer was nonsensical and questioning the deceptive practice of not contacting me with notice about the "new customized price". She went ghost and I got the cancellation notice. I admit I should have been watching my bill more closely but stand firm that this is a deceptive practice of not giving the customer notice/approval terms of any rate change. After robbing me blind for two years, they could have at least made me a better offer to stay with them but they offer only more BS. I am still a proponent of renewable energy and am in the process of acquiring two solar systems for properties in DC and a planned EV purchase before the trumpublicans destroy the federal tax credit program. Inspire WILL NOT be a part of my renewable energy portfolio. Note: If Inspire can produce a verifiable copy of notice to me about the rate change, I will apologize for my error and update and/or remove my review.

I contacted Inspire as I noticed my electric bills going up and up and was not sure if there was anything that could be done about it. Actually, I was ready to change suppliers but I was thrilled to learn that Inspire heard my concerns closely and made changes to my billing that brought my invoices back down to a reasonable rate. I am so very happy that they listened to me and helped me considerably. In closing, I highly recommend Inspire as a clean energy supplier. It deserves 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!
