This is some text inside of a div block.
Fantastic service. On the 1st visit they found my duct into the property was too narrow, the excellent and very polite engineer showed me the problem. They arranged for a new duct to be fitted which naturally I had to contribute too, but very reasonable. Then a later the engineers came and completed the fibre run and installed the equipment. I cannot praise these engineers enough, so polite and their workmanship was excellent. Great experience all round.

I have not yet started using Trooli at my new home and therefore cannot comment on the quality of the service, but my experience with discussing the suitable package and putting an order through was definitely a very positive one. The sales exec I was dealing with was George, and he was Trooli excellent! I got good advice re. the best package to fit my needs, and then George managed to resolve an issue where an existing account for my new address had to be cancelled before my own new account could be created. This was the dealbreaker for me, as I had to be sure that there will be Internet connection on the day I move in. My verdict: so far, so Trooli excellent!

Gosh just come across these reviews. Best Internet I've had and I was Virgin media for years since NTL. Fast reliable. Email notifications about payments. I'll also address the recontract review below. I was sent an email to recontract. Sent one back. Sorted. Phone however is a different story but email all the way. Never ever an issue (my install was back in 2022 mind) overnight maintenance emails in advanced. Never really any downtime. Used my own router since I've had tho. Never use isp routers... pay for 900 get 1130 down 899 up. Only come across these as my sister wanted to try again at her property as couldn't install back in 2023. But anyway.... can't fault it. People go who are you with. 'Trooli' "never heard of em" 🤣 Oh also. When I was made redundant they allowed me to reduce my package mid contract so there is customer support there!! I don't know how people are having problems
