Had an amazing shopping experience today! I went in for the first time with my husband and toddler shopping for a pair of sunglasses for myself because I heard about their exceptional lost or broken protection. Stephanie helped us. She was kind and informative without being pushy or hovering over us. She explained that the lost or broken protection is good for up to two pairs of replacement shades over two years. There is a $16 replacement fee. This is included with every pair of their glasses (including the kids glasses!) for no extra fee. What a great feature for parents of little ones! My toddler is obsessed with my sunnies a broke a pair about a month ago :( We ended up getting a pair for myself and for our toddler. This store has some fantastic features: - a mini putting green. Pretty sure it’s to test out their golf glasses but they do have a plastic set of kids clubs that my daughter loved. This kept her (and my husband) occupied while I tried on glasses in peace. - ability to recycle glasses. Love that eco-friendly option for broken shades! Wish I knew about that when my daughter broke mine, I just threw them in the trash :( - holiday sales! Today was Memorial Day and the entire store was 35% off, including the nice magnetic case I got for my new sunnies.

I was traveling for work and happened to break a pair of sunglasses. Found a actual store within driving distance. The young woman that helped me was amazing. Walked out with 2 more pairs haha. I'll say it was nice to finally be able to walk into a store.
