Absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, in 25 years of shopping online. Absolutely abysmal in every possible way. Delivered the wrong size shoes. Tried to tell me it was my fault for ordering the wrong size, which it was not. Promised to replace the shoes but would only accept returns via Evri which I had to pay for. Evri failed to return the shoes in time and when they finally did Shuperb claimed that the correct size were no longer in stock. They asked me if I want a refund. Obviously I wanted a refund given that they’ve apparently sold my replacement shoes to someone else. But even the refund was an absolute palaver. I had to fight to get the postage refunded too because they refused to accept that they’d sent the wrong sized shoes. And I’ve now given up trying to get the £2.99 it cost to return the shoes reimbursed. Not a single good thing to say about this company whatsoever.

Poor customer service. Shoes I ordered didn't fit right so needed to exchange sizes, on two occasions their courier partner Evri never came to collect. I need them collected as opposed to dropping off at a parcel shop, which is why I selected that option, yet their customer service rep sends me a rude text: "Can you not just take the parcel to a parcel shop when you get a chance or ask someone else to take this in for you?" Whoever this is needs to be spoken to, because there have been other reps who have been very helpful.

Very very poor company selling substandard products. A pair of shoes lasted less than 8 weeks and they blamed me and would not replace them. I have asked them if they are selling fakes or seconds which prompted a response from them and they disputed this. Its a shame they didn't just respond favourably to start with. If you want any kind of guarantee with your purchase do not buy from this company. I bought Sketchers and got Sketchy! AVOID
