They just did an update earlier today on my phone but the whole past year I've had to had this installed on my phone I've noticed my apps glitch/freeze and things won't load all the time or as quickly as before this software was installed. I've never experienced issues with my cellphone until this software which now they installed something else on my phone and deleted the old app. The tech also without my permission deleted an email which it wasn't a important email but I still should've of had the option to delete it if I wanted. Unfortunately I have to have a phone with Internet accessibility since I use my phone to watch TV/movies, play games, for some college stuff, emails and my therapy so I can't get a flip phone and avoid this company. I am required by probation to give my personal business to strangers to view which doesn't sit right with me. I served my time and I'm doing everything right to be a model citizen yet I'm still being punished. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

If you want to talk criminal, quite the amount of these guys are the true criminals. They will artificially inflate their own score on google reviews for the sake of their own image. Not only that, but some of the employees here will steal your information and think that because you are an ex-felon your life is automatically invalid and therefore your information involving credit card, bank, and account information deserves to be stolen. What's even more ridiculous is that you have to pay to install their spyware onto your PC and if you do not, you will be punished for it.

Honestly they are the worst company to deal with. They do not keep up to date on electronics. So in turn ex cons cannot get game systems iPhone and many other devices. But they claim they are best and respectful company. All lies. Also I've been with them over 10 years there software destroys my phone. Interrupts easy apps and slows it down or freezes it on a constant basis. But they still want there money. Yes most of the employees are nice and willing to help out. They also are willing to setup payment plans to help the ex cons. But other than that they are way behind on the times. Fix ur software because if not eventually the government will get tired of your service or a ex con with go in front of a judge and put your company on review for not not allowing ex cons their right under their agreementts when they are released.
