This is some text inside of a div block.
We just moved house into an unfamiliar area so I did some research before going with Quickline. Out of all the providers Quickline were the only ones to provide to the door Fibre Broadband. We decided to give them a try and have to say been faultless in the 2 months we have had it. Smooth installation no hassle came as arranged. We even received a £200 voucher . All in all a 5 stars from me cannot fault them.

Engineers who installed equipment and customer service staff are excellent - always polite and friendly and efficient. Where Quickline falls down is in the quality of its processes. For example I was not initially asked to sign a contract for a landline despite a conversation with customer services prior to the engineers arriving so they did not know about this. Also there is no reference on invoices to the period covered by the invoice, which is irritating if you join Quickline part way through a month.

Deal offered was competitive , instalation prompt and connection established without any -problems. The only dissatisfaction was a prolonged period to get my land line number ported, taking some two months instead of one month as we had been told. And we had to take it upon ourselves to find exactly where the problem lay to prevent our number being lost. However Quickline refunded the extra months subscription to our previous supplier which this delay had necessitated

Reviews Summary

Overall, customer sentiment regarding Quickline's broadband service is mostly positive, with several reviewers highlighting the smooth installation process, competitive prices, and improvements in internet speed. Many mention professional and courteous engineers and cite tangible benefits such as low introductory rates and door-to-door fibre. However, some users raise concerns about process clarity and support for specific issues.

The most consistent positive themes among Quickline customers include efficient installation, experienced field staff, and good price-to-performance ratios. Several reviewers note quick connection times and better value compared to previous providers. Criticisms tend to focus on back-office processes, such as poor contract clarity, lack of transparency in billing, inconsistent customer support responses, and technical shortfalls in rural areas, particularly relating to broadband reliability and WiFi coverage.

In summary, Quickline is seen as a reliable and competitively priced internet service provider, particularly in areas it serves such as Lincolnshire. While daily service delivery and installation often meet or exceed expectations, some operational and support processes could benefit from improvement to enhance customer satisfaction regionally.
