Michael did an exceptional job addressing my AC concerns. He was honest, practical, and knowledgeable. I got a second opinion after another company's initial assessment, which dishonestly told me it would cost over $7,000 to correct the issue. I’m so happy that I did. Michael from Pro Plumbing, during his assessment, told me several things that the previous company did wrong. The wire contacts had been rearranged, and I was told I had a leak, which wasn't true. The refrigerant was low, which it wasn't. I called to speak with a manager regarding the false claims, and I was told a manager would call me back, but three days later, I haven't received the call. I will be leaving a review about my experience on their website. Thanks again, Michael from Pro Plumbing.

Update as of 5/28. Job not completed or permitted. I reached out 6 days ago (last we heard back was may 5) I’ve yet to receive a response letting us know where we stand on the issue. Of course the charge still exists for the job, when it is not even usable. They were doing great communicating for 2 weeks, but it appears the ball has been dropped again, and no one seems to care. Photos attached. The customer service continues to be stellar. How did our preferred vendor do downhill so fast? I’d highly recommended another company for any large exterior jobs. Ours was small. A car charger, yet we are still here begging for updates or even just communication. Maybe we’ll be fixed by July. Hard maybe. This is not how contractors work. Two months ago, I would have enthusiastically recommended this company. However, my experience following the installation of a car charger a month ago has been deeply concerning and has led to a significant structural issue with my home. The company failed to secure the necessary permit for the installation. As a direct result, water damage has occurred, compromising a structural beam of my house. Despite numerous calls and emails detailing this urgent and potentially dangerous situation, we have received absolutely no substantive response. An unidentified individual did come and attach a hose without any prior notification or explanation, and there has been no follow-up communication whatsoever. While mistakes can happen in any business, the true measure of a company lies in its commitment to rectifying those errors. Ignoring them and failing to communicate, especially in a situation with such serious consequences, is unacceptable. Furthermore, the full payment for the job was processed over a month ago, even as this critical issue remains unaddressed. This lack of accountability and communication demonstrates a profound lack of ethics and disregard for their customers' well-being. Proceed with extreme caution. Thank you for the follow up suggestion. We have been calling and emailing for over two weeks. I was told one manager had a heart attack, I was told my Mother manager quit that was supposed to be promoted, I was told that the permit should’ve been pulled prior to any digging being done by the county inspector. Calling your company for assistance is just a joke at this point. I am going to assume that this was auto generated, since you don’t want to deal with structural damage to a new home. Ethics.

Reviews Summary

Overall sentiment toward Pro Plumbing, Air and Electric is mixed, with several reviews highlighting the professionalism and technical expertise of individual technicians such as Michael, Joshua, Hunter, and Nathan. Customers often mention punctual arrivals, thorough explanations, and clear communication from staff onsite. However, there are repeated concerns regarding management accountability, especially in handling mistakes, addressing structural or permitting issues, and communicating after installation. Some reviewers note unresolved cases involving damage, delays, or unsatisfactory follow-up from managers.

The most common themes emerging from reviews involve technician professionalism, quality of workmanship, customer communication, and long-term job outcomes. While many customers appreciate the competence and friendly demeanor of staff during service visits, positive experiences frequently contrast with negative feedback about post-job support, follow-up, and accountability from management. Reliability issues are especially prominent for larger jobs or those requiring permits.

On balance, Pro Plumbing, Air and Electric in the local region is recognized for its capable frontline technicians and detailed installations. However, concerns regarding responsiveness and managerial oversight temper the overall reputation. Customers in the area should expect solid technical service but mixed experiences with follow-up and management engagement.
