⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently hired Petri Plumbing to address some persistent heating issues in our small, self-managed Brooklyn co-op—and we’re really glad we did. Technicians Will Rivera and Michael Butcher were fantastic: professional, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. The job was complex, involving work on our boiler, risers, and radiators throughout the building. They took their time, explained every step in detail, and made sure we understood both what they were doing and why. The invoice was reviewed line by line, and they even updated their service notes with clarifications and next steps—including a follow-up skimming of the boiler at the start of the next heating season. Their final report was a detailed breakdown of everything they worked on and what we should monitor moving forward. Yes, the service was on the pricier side—but the quality, care, and professionalism were well worth it. Petri plumbing was not only efficient but friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. William, Ethan and Sean were helpful and got the job done in a timely fashion. I appreciate their help with this matter and highly recommend their services!

We had a heavy rain the other night. About an hour into it, water started bubbling out of the base of one of our toilets and didn't stop until the rain did four hours later. My son and I must have bailed 100 gallons or more. We called Petri in the morning and Junior arrived within a few hours, gave us a diagnosis, and promised to have the problem(s) fixed the same day. A couple hours later Will and Michael pulled up, and when they left at 8:00 pm, our sewer line and storm drains were cleared, our bathroom was reassembled and cleaned, and I knew a lot more about the internal workings of our 100-plus year-old house than I had before. All three were professional, courteous, and just incredibly capable. I cannot recommend them or Petri enough.
