Such amazing customer service with Susan. I had surgery recently and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. She also help me and my handsome husband on changing our phone line from T-Mobile to optimum. Very excellent customer service. Thank you so much for everything. She deserves a bonus :)

The representative Lenny was very thorough and direct when it came to helping me. I truly appreciate all his efforts to making sure that I fully understand what’s going on with my phone service and what’s the next bill cycle will be. He went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it.

I had an ongoing billing issue with our cable service with Optimum. After several hours on the phone a few months ago, I thought the issue was resolved. It came up again and after several more hours on the phone, I decided to go in person to the local Optimum store to speak with someone. I first went to the store closest to me but unfortunately the customer service rep wasn’t able to resolve the issue only because she wasn’t a manager. However, she was very professional, understanding and extremely attentive in getting the details. As instructed by her I went to the main Optimum store at 174th street and spoke with the manager, Lisa Outlaw. I was so thankful to have Lisa listen to and handle the case; she was extremely professional, listened attentively and promised Optimum would get to the bottom of it. I was doubtful but hopeful. I really appreciated Lisa working diligently and staying late on a Friday afternoon to write up the case in an email to the appropriate parties. By Monday, Lisa called me as promised and had great news for me. I told her she couldn’t imagine how happy I was finally getting this ongoing issue behind me. I really appreciated Lisa’s patience, hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much Lisa!
