I have been with US Mobile for quite some time, and I have seen their service go from a level five to a level two during that time period. Yes, their rates are good. Yes, you can have a choice between the three major carriers lines. However, because you are paying such a tiny rate, you are last in line to be able to use those phone lines. You will wait for your phone call to go through, and often times your phone call coming through to you will not get to you. And they used to have great customer service, but not anymore. Now you have to wait for a person, which you can only do on chat, and then that person is going to go back-and-forth between you and at least one or two other people. it takes forever to get an answer, needless to say. There doesn't seem to be a way to reach someone on the phone like you used to be able to do. If their rates weren't so good I'd run right back to Visible, Verizon's low cost carrier. and that is why US Mobile gets two stars instead of one. Their rates are exceptionally cheap.

I purchased their $45 roaming plan, but had an extremely difficult time activating it. Don't buy from this company - go with another provider instead. I spent more than 4 hours on the phone with their agents and they couldn't help me at all. The activation process was a nightmare and their support team was completely useless. Don't waste your time or money on this plan. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different company that actually knows how to help their customers.

What a Great excellent company good… What a Great excellent company good company… I wrote my review two days ago and we were porting all our line over. Two of the lines we in another state and the people are older. Tech support stayed for over two hours to walk them through getting the old sim out and putting new sim in and configuring everything and stayed on for testing and even walked them through setting up voice mail. I cannot say enough how good they are compared to the carrier we came from. US MOBILE THANK YOU SO MUCH. I want to give a special thank you. Again all of the agents have been so so helpful. Just a Amazing company compared to were we came from. What a excellent company good company that gives excellent customer service. I came from another wireless carrier I was with for 15 years 5 lines and I will tell you I do not understand why I stay with them now they were horrible. I've moved over our line to US Mobile and they have been so excellent in their customer service their service overall I would highly recommend them to anyone. Stay away from the one I came my opinion they really don't care about the customer who are you with me really don't care about show it in their service. Every time I call when I get a knowledgeable for another thing that does really care about solving the issue and if they do accidentally get disconnected they call you back the other carrier never did end in 15 years. And I can't tell you how many times stay with a so I would highly recommend it so great giving us mobile mobile try I think you'll be right at me and you'll never want to go back Date of experience: May 31, 2025
