Our company manages several mobile lines through Aerial Direct, and in all our dealings with them, we have never encountered any issues or discourtesy. They are truly a fantastic, professional, and polite team to work with for business communications. Most recently, I had a chat with Julie, who was both informative and helpful. She even pointed out that we had been missing out on a discount for our monthly tariffs—something I had previously overlooked! Overall, Aerial Direct is a fantastic company to work with, and we are proud to be customers. Keep up the excellent work!

The most incompetent mobile network business I have ever came across and I am not a customer. While dealing with this business, they have failed at every step on call handling, account management and overall business service. If you use this service you have been warned not to.

SCAM!!!! Very easy to set up an account but hell difficult to cancel, no one respond to your email or calls. But they are somehow to send you invoices everyday after I blocked the account through the bank. I provided the screenshot of the emails and calls I made to them showing that I wasn’t able to reach them, they continued asking additional proof of my correspondence instead of cancelling my contract. Few months past, they keep sending bills to me despite they would have to refund me for the amount of time they over charged since I requested the cancellation.
