This is some text inside of a div block.
I bought an "as new" S22 ultra phone In 2023 I thought with a description of "as new" and "not reconditioned" it wouldn't have been repaired. After 12 months the camera lens got stream behind the lens so I took it to samsung for a repair. They asked me where the phone was bought from as the back had been replaced. He also pointed out that the phone wasn't a UK phone and was from the USA which was why I always had connection issues with my carrier. I wouldn't buy from them again new phones might be OK provided they are UK spec but id not buy an as new handset

I returned and phone within 14 days. I was told to reorder the one I wanted which I did, this part was so easy. From then the troubles started with transferring number over. I feel the information provided with company is not clear or transparent and it's ended costing me more money. I've cancelled the 2nd phone with them now as I lack trust. I've gone straight to network provider. My fault for looking at 3rd party providers.

I had my order for an iPhone 16 canceled without any valid reason. The company cited ‘security reasons’ but refused to provide any further explanation. This is highly suspicious and raises serious concerns. I would not recommend dealing with them, as their methods seem questionable at best.
