Sadly I won't be given positive feedback. You advertise products that you don't have in stock, which is misleading. You contacted me to ask if I'd take it in pink, I replied no. You messaged me again the following day asking again if I'd have it in pink. Again I said no, it was a birthday present for my son, who doesn't like pink! I said if you didn't have it then I'll happily have a refund, I was told to use the contact page. I did this and told I would get a response in 2 working days and still no reply - instead 2 days later - a dispatch notice that my product was on the way. It arrived and guess what...it was pink. So now I've got to spend my free time at the weekend getting the phone back to you - whilst ordering from someone else so my son had his present this morning. So now I'm best part of £400 down until I get my refund from you!!! Not happy!!!

Don't use this company. They are a fraud. I got quoted for my iPhone 14 pro max Gold 128gb £523. The report came said I had scratches on the screen so they offered £250 which is a disrespectful offer I then said return the phone back and they countered with £300 which proved they are a fraud. They will offer for you to send the phone free of charge with their services but when they need to return it you need to pay for postage. As you can see from my photos the phone is immaculate not a single scratch. Don't use them the valuation on the website is false. Once you decline their offer they faf about with returning your device in good time. All of a sudden you need to chase them. Calling isn't the best either as the receptionist or sales representative is very rude and hung up on me. My advice to anybody that has a device with them is to demand that they return your device free of charge in exactly the same way you sent the device to them. If they fail to do so you can report your device as stolen.

The stars are for the product which was as described although the wrong charging lead was sent but it was soon replaced. I would have given five stars but it was nearly three weeks before I received my phone. If buying I would ignore the clock countdown on the website and the 2 to 3 day delivery if. If you are prepared to wait it's fine. The most unprofessional part was the emails stating it was on its way via Royal Mail, I received these each week and it clearly wasn't, it's a shame these were sent. If you want a phone at a good price and are prepared to wait as I did it worked out. If you want it quickly from my experience you are taking a risk. Maybe for many, four stars looks to be generous.
