After reading the reviews for this Affinity Cellular phone company I have decided to stay with Verizon. Sounds to me like they need to get pull something out of their you know what. It gonna take them at least another two years just to improve reviews before I switch over. What is sad is the good reviews they company you don't know for sure if it is someone that works for the company or one of their family members so I just stick with the bad reviews and when I see alot of bad reviews more than good reviews that tells me a whole lot. BIG RED FLAG ! I come from a generation where customer service had to be top notch and the customer was always right even if the customer was wrong and if the customer was wrong a very good customer service agent that had the stuff , the has what it takes to do the job knows how to correct the customer without insulting the customer but I believe those days are gone.

Tried this out for my mom to see how it would be and while the service was decent I had dropped calls in places I’ve never had them drop before and when I went to cancel they made it difficult for me to get my refund while I waited for a whole month just to get it and that’s after multiple conversations with customer service having to threaten to record the call just to get some answers as that was the only way I could get the service agent to stop cutting me off and talking over me

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Was sent a defective tablet. Called to see if I can get a replacement. I was denied, citing that the tablet was brand-new when it was sent. Then I was promised a refund for the device, which was later denied. When I confront them on this, I was told that the person I talked to was excellent at her job, as well as everyone else, and my concerns are irrelevant. The management is no better, going back on their word and refusing to speak to me directly, voicing their opinions through customer service. The whole experience was a waste. They will NEVER get my service again. Update: It has been a few days and Affinity Cellular have not reach out, which proves that the response left was for them to be seen in a better light than actually rectifying the problem. Not worthy of my time or yours.
