This is some text inside of a div block.
I had a very poor experience with this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before signing up. After a complete loss of WiFi, I was left without internet for multiple days, unable to work from home during that time. Customer service was unhelpful and showed no urgency. They told me a technician would come on Thursday but couldn’t give me a time window, not even an estimate. That meant I had to put my entire day on hold, missing work just to wait for a call. There were no updates, no follow-up, and no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as essential as internet access. Avoid this provider if you value your time and reliability.

Absolutely scandalous lack of service from this company. My father is elderly and relies on the internet for a lot of his care and socialisation. Since moving in a week ago the isp (who are lovely by the way) have repeatedly tried to get ofnl to activate the broadband connection. Three times they have assured us it will be activated by the end of the day. Still they do nothing and don’t even respond at the weekend. Feels like nobody cares.

Stuck using only their providers, all over priced with 0 speed upgrades since I moved in over 8 years ago, other companies offering gigabit less than £40 a month but stuck on 360mbps for £47 a month which goes up every year with no upgrade. Thanks lads
