I just put an entire phone system in our dealership and it was a task, but I was determined to do it. Some people made it easier, like Matt my sales rep, and Stanley my implementation and installation manager. Both made it an easier task. I learned more about porting phone numbers than I ever wanted to learn but am better for it. It is very simple to maintain and if you get into a situation they are there to help you out of it. ...... Take your time to learn the system and what makes it tick, after that, you are basically swapping out phones, no onsite installation required. You may contact your IP support, Nextiva will walk them thru making sure you have the best protection set up. They dont disappoint.

The company that I work for uses Nextiva and it was an excellent choice. We can access calls on office phones, desktops, laptops, cell phones, etc and they also have a software that lets the front desk know who is available, who is unavailable or who is on the phone as well as who they are on the phone with and how long they have been on the call. Also voicemails are available on the phone or app as well and in our emails. Incredible support when needed as well and as far as I'm concerned a company is only as good as their support team.

We use Nextiva for VOIP telephone system for a small law office. We have had their service for about 8 years, and service is something we really do not need to think about. It just does its thing. On the few occasions when there is some type of connectivity issue or question, their technical service is very good. Prompt to pick up, patient in resolving the issue. If we were asked for a VOIP provider we would recommend Nextiva for sure.
