I ordered a pair of shoes from here "on the left" and loved them. The quality was good and the color was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately they were to small. I exchanged them for 1 size bigger and what I received "on the right" was totally different. They look cheap in comparison, the color was totally different from the original pair. The laces are even different you can see the comparison in the photo. Also the original pair came with a spare pair of laces and the exchange did not. The stenciling on the inside of the shoes are different one is gold one is not. Also the embossed logo on the tongue is different. Not to mention i have to pay to ship these back even though I received something totally different from the original pair. I feel like they hide behind " natural variations". But this is way more than a slight variation, and simply unacceptable, there's nothing natural about the embossed logo changing.

I purchased a pair of Koio Triple White Capris expecting premium craftsmanship and strict quality control, as their marketing so proudly boasts. What I received, however, was nothing short of a letdown. The shoes arrived with visible yellowing toward the bottom—a defect that may not scream through photos but is glaringly obvious in person. For a brand that prides itself on luxury standards, this is completely unacceptable. What made this experience exponentially worse was Koio's customer service. I reached out expecting a fair resolution, but instead, I was met with dismissiveness and blame-shifting. Their response essentially boiled down to: "Not our problem." No ownership, no accountability, just a gaslighting attempt to convince me that it was somehow my fault—because I used a Jason Markk repel spray. Really? A product used by thousands on high-end sneakers like Common Projects is suddenly the scapegoat for Koio’s subpar quality control? To make matters worse, it seems I’m not alone. Other customers have had similar experiences, which Koio continues to ignore or downplay. That’s not just negligence, it’s a pattern. Bottom line: Koio talks a big game about luxury, but their shoes and service are anything but. If you value quality and respect as a customer, do yourself a favor—look elsewhere.

Ordered a pair of shoes from here and they arrived with tears. Sent them back for a replacement and the replacement arrived with marks all over. Sent it back one more time and received a pre-worn, scuffed, and distressed pair of shoes with someone else’s hair all over them. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the money — go elsewhere for your white sneakers.
