There is no assurance that the window they show you will be the one you receive. In fact, you could likely get the same product at a lower price through local installers, with whom you can communicate directly. My window replacement was part of a larger house renovation project, but the installation was delayed by nearly two months. When the installers finally arrived, most of the first-floor decoration, including new paintwork, had already been completed. Unfortunately, the installation team showed little care—they tore out the surrounding finishes and left my house in a gutted state. As shown in the photos, after only a few days on the job, the installer left all the brickwork and wooden supports exposed, telling me to ask my builder to handle the redecoration. When I raised a complaint, the company responded by saying that additional installation work was needed on my door and promised to send a team to finish the job. It has now been another month and a half, and I have had no updates. Every time I contact them, they claim they will call the following week to arrange completion, but this never happens. In the meantime, while waiting for the installer, the front door lock stopped working, making it impossible to open the door from outside with the key. I called customer service on a Monday; they sent an engineer on Friday. Thankfully, I had access through the garden door—otherwise, I might have had to break down a brand-new door just to enter my house. Obviously, it wasn’t their concern. Overall, my experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this company. If you are considering new windows or doors, I suggest working with local professionals who take responsibility for both the product and the installation.
