SCAM!!! Do not speak with anyone this should be reported and discussed on panorama!! The sales person that came here was awful! The people are definitely running a scam that people are catching on to - the guy knew nothing and couldn’t answer any questions about windows or energy efficiency or safety of the door locks.. He just kept pointing to pages in a booklet told us to read it ourselves.. there is no ‘help to buy’ or discount! We were made to watch a video which provided no information, we also had to provide a contact/ sign to watch it.. very weird as we already provided contact details etc when calling prior to the visit from this dodgy salesman. We were quoted 16k for all the windows (3x all the other quotes received by the way). When we politely declined the salesman hounded us for ages questioning why we wouldn’t accept the quotes given and saying we should accept today and not look at other quotes.. Then he made calls ‘to marketing’ to ‘help us’ the numbers kept going down somehow with every phone call he made.. miraculous .. He tried to convince us to sign there and then ‘’at the lowest deal he could get for us’, and said we had to pay a deposit now or we wouldn’t get the deal (which was still way more than other quotes we received from local businesses). He started being rude when we politely declined and he wouldn’t leave.. appalling service preying on old and weak people who don’t know better I assume! Who ever runs this scam ‘help scheme’ or works here - you should be reported to trading standards and ombudsman and someone just might do that!! You should be ashamed of your terrible and tacky service, it was like something from a ridiculous comedy sketch to be honest..They even brought a random window in a bag in and told us to look at it.. nothing like the windows we wanted.. weirdest and most infuriating experience ever. I also work in sales and would never talk to people the way this man did and his acting when ‘giving us a great deal’ was terrible which made it very uncomfortable for us.
