LOVIN' GLOFIBER!! We got our GloFiber installed last Saturday and we are loving the STRONG signal we're getting!! Most of our devices connected easily, except our older cams which prefers 2.4ghz. Anyway... So I call Glo to get some help with router(which is a dual band router). And I get Alex who creates a 2.4ghz SSID for the router OVER THE PHONE!! I mean what company does that these days!?!? Usually you have to schedule an appt for a tech to come check the issue out. I'm gloriously happy and in love with my new friend Glo!!!😁❤️❤️❤️

Adam from Glo fiber is the best. By far best customer service/sales representation I’ve ever experienced over the phone. Beyond helpful and an incredible asset to glo fiber. If I owned a business Adam would be my first recruit. 10/10 experience because of Adam from central Virginia. Plus Fred installation guy is awesome too. 5 stars.

Glofiber continues to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Works well & is the most affordable provider in my area. Called today with a tech issue and Evan was super great! He sent people out to help the same day and they were so helpful in fixing the issue.
