Absolutely terrible service – Charged £439 for their inability to provide service! I was a G.Network customer for almost a year, and initially, things were fine. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing and frankly, outrageous. I recently moved house and, as expected, contacted G.Network to transfer my broadband connection to my new address in East London. To my astonishment, they informed me that they "mostly operate in Central London" and couldn't provide service at my new location. What happened next was completely unacceptable: G.Network terminated my connection and then had the audacity to charge me £439! Let me reiterate – they are charging me a significant sum because they cannot provide the service, not because of anything on my end. This is a predatory and deeply unfair practice. I will never recommend G.Network to anyone. If you're reading this review and considering them, please choose another provider. A reputable broadband company will transfer your connection when you move, or at the very least, they won't penalize you financially for their service limitations. Save yourself the headache and the exorbitant charges – look elsewhere.

After failing to setup my direct debit correctly when signing up, G.Network provided us with seamless super speedy internet for 6 months! Once it was realised that I hadn't actually been paying, it was eventually disconnected - but a quick 5 min phone call (answered immediately) including a payment of outstanding monies owed and direct debit setup, the service was reactivated within 30 mins. Very impressed.

Pathetic customer service. In a nutshell, I contacted G network to ask if it was possible to switch a contract from my name to a tenant since I had decided to rent my place out, and was advised this is possible. G Network then initiated the switch and charged me 3 months of an early termination fee. When I realised there would be a fee, I called customer services and was advised that the cancellation would be revoked and not to worry, but they still went to debit my account and are now stating that they did things in line with terms and conditions. I have raised a formal complaint with them, and will wait to see what they say but are not accepting responsibility for mis-guiding and ill advising their customer. Also, during my tenure the speed was average and its just not worth it due to the poor customer services. Particularly poor are Lewis Hare from Sales who actually switched my account without understanding the request and Emma Emanuel from Billing department who have essentially debited in excess of £100 from my account without accepting any liability. Shafi Gafari, on the other hand, I found helpful but apparently he mis-guided me and Emma Emmanuel is not admitting that G Network customer services are at fault here.
