I ordered this via telephone. They came out quickly but it was AT&T which I didn’t k ow before they came. When I got my bill I was being charged much more than I thought. No one told me that I was paying a charge for the equipment nor did they tell me this was a 12 month contract. If I would have known this I would not have accepted. I called customer service and they did reduce my bill.

Service and installation went smooth with no issues. Internet works as it should. My only issue is that I specifically asked not to add on additional products for an additional fee but when I checked my account I was signed up for several services. You are able to cancel them online. Thankfully I saw this in time so I won’t be charged but I feel that was a shady tactic by the customer service rep as I know they are incentivized to sell the additional services but no means no!

Service not installed. Company charged my card anyway. Fraud claim pending. Had to cancel card. No meaningful telephone customer service. Messages ignored. Very unhappy. Do not recommend this provider. Rated 1 star so could post. Actual rating zero stars.
