Matthew came out to give us a quote for a new conservatory. He was very friendly and he wasn’t pushy at all. The price was very reasonable and we were very happy with the price. We were given a date in September, the tradesmen arrived on time and talked through everything that was going to happen, and when. There was a slight delay due to us deciding earlier in the summer to make it slightly bigger. So the plans sent out was the wrong one, but this was sorted out very quickly. Work continued 3 working days later with a single tradesman by himself for the first day, but then more help came the following day. Everything went smoothly from then on until the next team arrived to install the conservatory. All the workmen were all very friendly, cleaned up after each day and kept our garden clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and they had lots tea & coffees throughout the day. We are nearly there, just waiting for our floor installer who’s currently away at the moment, but hopefully it will be fully useable by mid October. It also gives time for the screed floor to dry fully. We are very pleased with the results and we would definitely recommend Dunraven to anyone local or nearby who wants a conservatory in the future. Thank you to Nicola in the office, for her help with communication throughout the process and all the workmen for their hard work. Thanks again.

We were very happy with everyone from Dunraven windows, from the representative who listened to what we wanted to the fitters of the doors and windows. The representative was friendly ,polite and helpful but did not pressure us in anyway to proceed with new doors and windows. The company kept us up to date with progress and a start date. The fitters came on time, were very friendly, polite and professional, they got the windows and doors fitted on time and kept things clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend Dunraven windows and should we ever need anything in the future we will certainly contact them. Someone phoned to check we did not have any problems and assured us they would sort any problems should they arrive but so far we are extremely pleased with everything. Lovely people, clean tidy work, great windows and doors we cannot fault this company in any way.

My wife and I have had to replace our Bi folding doors to the rear of our home, We contacted Dunraven windows who, came and gave us a quote, and we went ahead. On the day of fitting they turned up and were great very polite and the three guys who did the work were very hard working and clean polite and very helpful with any questions we had. they did encounter an issue with the doors and were straight on the phone for someone to come from the factory to rectify the issue. The doors look great and are a great improvement to our old ones, quieter and looks better. I did discover an issue with the door shutting and the next day a team turned up and fixed it. The after sales service has been great, the product is great and we are very happy. Many Thanks Dunraven.
