I had a great experience with Andrew Lai from Direct Save Telecom. He was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I was in the middle of a house refurbishment and needed to delay the start date of my broadband service. Andrew handled everything smoothly and made sure the change was processed without any issues. Internett been problematic since last Thursday a, week tomorrow. They tested line said fine ,other broadband providers have been down in my area IE more than 5 as it's a close knit community. They sent a new router and for a few hours it worked then down ,very frustrating to get things done on the www . They said they would contact openreach , and they then gave a lecture about a charge if it's my fault . Unbelievable. I await engineer?

I've seen the reviews aren't that positive for customer service. However, it was great for me. Really positive experience with customer service. We phoned them earlier because our wifi wasn't working properly today and were super friendly and helpful. They even called us back to make sure everything was working fine. Internet speed is decent depending on what you use it for.
