I upgraded my service and they sent me a new modem with UPS that was pretty cool. I had to return my old modem which I've had for over 10 years. I was expecting to be there for a long wait but as soon as I walked into the door someone was sitting there and quickly scanned my modem and she asked if this was my name and that was it. In and out within 5 seconds. That's what I call a quick return. Thanks, Cox.

Melanie was amazing!!! She helped me with my purchase for a new phone and service. She sat with me helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone and made sure my phone was ready to go! She was so easy going and did everything with a smile. Loved her customer service.
