This is some text inside of a div block.
Contacted Lee-Roy Waller today regarding my buyout payment credit that hadn't been actioned. He got right onto it and was actioned within an hour of speaking to him! He is always happy to deal with any query and always sorts it out. Well done Lee-Roy! Keep up the good work!!

I'm still in my 14 day cooling off period, I've sent 5 e-mail, called 3 times, they have still not cancelled the contract after asking and not cancelled the engineer either, sales assistant is pushy, and harasses me with 10-20 calls a day. Fed up, nobody replies to e-mails and calls claim I'll get an e-mail in 24 hours, yet I'm still waiting for this supposed e-mail a week later. Do not recommend this company. Can't imagine how incompetent they are if you actually have an issue. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Customer service is lacking. I've been unable to get into my account for over 2 months and each time I speak to the service team they ask me to review the same 3 steps then confirm it will be raised up the chain. When I finally hear from them it's the same conversation from thr start. I was recommending them to the people on my street / in the area but have now stopped, this along with the drops in connectivity makes me feel like I can't support them. FRUSTRATED
