We have had an absolutely shocking experience with Belvoir West Derby. We applied for a property on Fordlea Road it but the treatment from Belvoir was so appalling we had to walk away. Evie constantly pressured us to move faster and put money down. We made it clear we would need a second viewing before we signed, she said that would be fine once we had paid holding fee, which we paid straight away. Once we had paid she would only do viewings the day before collecting the keys and wanted us to sign early. We didn’t want to sign that early so she refused us a viewing on the first date proposed and insisted she could only do the day before collecting keys. She tells us she is very busy and a second viewing is not standard and basically tries to put us off viewing. On the day of the office rings and makes excuses that Evie is ill and they don’t know about this viewing. We later get an angry phone call from the manager because we clarify we are not signing until we have seen the property again. We feel massively messed around and lied to. Avoid.

I decided to re-let my apartment out. In a past life I used Belvoir to manage it and the service was excellent. Therefore, it was a no brainer to use them again. I dealt with Liam Jones who was professional throughout and communicated all the important details. A tenant was found super fast, relevant checks completed and I had an occupied property all within a few weeks. Brilliant.

I sold my property through Belvoir West Derby. Liam was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly professional, communicative, and provided a faultless service. I've dealt with many estate agents over the years and this has been by far the best experience from start to finish. Many thanks! 100% recommended.
