AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS – SHOCKINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Autoglass has been so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. I initially ordered an OE (Original Equipment) windscreen for my vehicle and received confirmation that it had arrived. However, on the day of my appointment, I was informed—without prior notice—that there had been a mistake and the correct glass needed to be reordered. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me more for the OE glass, despite it being their error.
After nearly two months of frustrating back-and-forth trying to rebook the appointment, I finally received confirmation that the correct glass was available. On the day of installation, I explicitly asked the technician to handle the vehicle with care. I was casually reassured with the phrase: "Don't worry, we're the number one global windscreen repair and replacement company." That statement couldn't have been further from the truth.
When I returned two hours later, I immediately noticed that my windscreen wipers were bent and improperly installed. I took my car to the official dealership, who confirmed my concerns—the wipers were incorrectly fitted and visibly damaged.
I have since tried to raise a complaint with their customer service team, only to be met with complete denial of responsibility. No apology. No accountability. Just dismissive, unhelpful responses. It is clear they are not interested in standing behind their service or resolving legitimate complaints.
This company is the definition of incompetence and poor customer service. I urge anyone considering using Autoglass to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, stress, and potential damage to your vehicle. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish.
