[THEY HAVE OLD WRECKED/ DAMAGED Vehicles. ]My first and my last time booking with Ace. There was one person ahead of me and it took over an hour to get a car. I booked a full size car and got a Dodge Charger. They told me they didn’t have any other cars at the so excepted it . The car was damaged all the way around. I drove the car for a week. I was working in Lancaster. I had trouble getting the car to start after shutting it off. It would take 5 to 10 minutes to start after shutting it off. I had filled up 4 times costing $78 to $83 dollars. Finally, I had enough. My booking was for 3 weeks. I couldn’t go another day, I took off work to return the wreck. The guy didn’t even want to give me another car. I had to prove to him the car wouldn’t start when I shut it off. He then gave me 2 choices to pick from and they were both horrible. I end up taking the less wrecked car, but the inside was horrendous, it looked like someone was having a food fight inside. The seats were so dirty, the windows had finger and hand prints and to mention it was on (E). When I returned it The tank was full. After all the B.S they refused to even give me a discount. Never ever, ever, ever, ever again. I wish there was someone to shut them down. They don’t even deserve a STAR

$10 per day unlimited miles very good deal booked thru Priceline, staff was rude and not professionally trained, asked me $10 additional per day for adding spouse, this is not legal, also asked me $1000 deposit for not taking the flight, I’ve never seen a rental car company with this rule of adding fee for spouse and outrageous deposit. Staff was not polite neither.

Outstanding Service at ACE – Jr Made It Perfect! I recently rented a car from ACE, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The standout of my visit was Jr, who provided truly exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Jr was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was just right. He answered all my questions, helped me choose the perfect vehicle for my needs, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience. The car was clean, in great condition, and ready to go when I arrived. But what really made this rental memorable was Jr’s helpful attitude and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a hassle-free rental with top-notch service, I highly recommend ACE—and if you can, ask for Jr. He’s the best!
