If I could I would give no stars. Try to use my insurance they said something about it didn’t cover something. So I had to use the insurance which was $89 extra. Mind u I only drove the car to the hotel. Got up the next morning in all the lights on the dash was on. Then my son was in the backseat in it was nothing but little bugs. Never again

Original: The process was surprisingly smooth and fast. As someone who does everything from their phone, I really appreciated the contactless pick-up/drop-off process. I deducted a star because my advertised rate for the car was $3/day which I suspected was unreasonably low. They add on a mandatory insurance rate of $12/day regardless of your insurance coverage. They still had the cheapest rates and I got a new Toyota sedan. Edit: I went back for a second rental. The shuttle never arrived after multiple attempts to reach the company. I was expecting the insurance charge but this time they charged $35/day. I booked an SUV and they gave me a Toyota Corolla.

Outside of the airport location. Tons of hidden charges. Forced to buy their insurance. Aggressively selling the Sun Pass, letterally lying about terrible fines ( I wish I had recorded this bullshit) Gave me a car that had stains all over each seat, unfixed marks from collisions and terrible smell. I ended up coming back to them in order to exhange for a more decent car. This company sucks in many ways. Do not fall for an affordable ratings. It is bullshit. You will end paying as much as for any good, reputable company cars inside of the Airport
