Thank You Raad & Team – Professional Support Despite a Rocky Start I recently rented a vehicle from Sixt UK (King’s Cross/St. Pancras branch) and while the experience started off with some confusion and delay, I want to sincerely thank Raad S. and his team for their professionalism and resolution-oriented approach. There were some initial challenges with document verification and vehicle availability, and the situation was frustrating at the time. However, once Raad S. got involved, things were handled with care and clear communication. He made sure we were eventually provided with a suitable vehicle and offered a complimentary additional driver to make up for the inconvenience. Even when a billing issue arose after the return, the team resolved it smoothly and refunded the amount promptly. The follow-up was professional. Despite the initial hiccups, I commend Raad and his team for staying calm under pressure and ensuring we were looked after. Looking forward to a smoother experience next time!
