Rae-Neisha and Scooter handled an extremely tough situation with a great, helpful attitude and went above and beyond given the cards they were dealt. The travel delays are beyond their control as is online bookings, but they did everything in their power to make sure they helped as many people as they could. They were patient and kind, even when they had customers taking out their frustrations on them. I really appreciate them, and Avis is lucky to have them represent the company! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

(TLDR: They take reservations and do not have cars to fill it, then will yell at you until you leave and are stranded). Do not reserve a car here. The worst customer service experience of my life. We arrived on 7/11 to pick up a car we had reserved MONTHS in advance. When we arrived we were informed our car was not available. There were cars we could rent in a higher category (7 passenger vehicles only apparently), but we would have to pay the difference of several hundred dollars. When we expressed that we should not be penalized for their mistake, and they should give us a car that was available and honor our quoted price they just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I asked why no one had called ahead to inform us, and they said "were were busy so...". As we continued to try and resolve this issue many other customers arrived who were told the same thing. At this point we called customer service, who informed us that yes they should honor or reservation price and give us an available car. The customer service agent asked to speak to the front desk workers on speaker phone to help explain this. Immediately one of the front desk staff, Qua, began to raise her voice at us and the customer service rep, stating they could not help us. She continued to raise her voice and yell at us for several minutes while we remained calm and tried to have her listen to the customer service rep. We finally had to step away from the desk as I could not stand there and be yelled at and felt at that point even if they had cars, they would not be willing to assist us. On our way out we did witness several vehicles that Avis staff were cleaning or moving that were 5 passenger vehicles, not just 7 as they had said. The customer service rep offered to have us try another Avis location where she said her system showed there were cars available. We ubered there and learned they were also out of cars upon arrival. Due to the delay this experience took and being stranded in a strange city where we didn't know anyone, we missed out on appointments that cost us money we will not be able to recuperate. We were able to contact a friend and had to Uber over and hour and a half outside the city to sleep on their sofa before our fight out the next day.

!!!!PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! Most unprofessional and racist staff. Canceled my rental I paid in advance for and told me to call customer service for a refund but their customer service line doesn't work. I left my daughter in the building while I called other places since they didnt have any cars available and not only did they mock multiple peoples accents, they played extremely inappropriate cartoons on their TV. Please for your sanity never come here.
