I think your healthy food program SUCKS, I went to the grocery store to get my foods. What ? Couldn’t get flour , sugar, butter, bread zucchini, celery, grapefruit, hot dogs and a total of $72.00 worth oh food. I’m 79 years old and it is not your place to put me on a “Diet”. I’m not over weight and I can’t bake a cake without sugar or flour. I will be lucky to have another 5-10 years of life and feel I should have the privilege of eating the foods I enjoy. Who the Hell made you the boss of my body? It is not right. I think you should give your customers the right of choice foods they need and not IMPOSE YOUR so called healthy diet on all peoples. I am sure you will be losing several customers. Zing Insurance should seriously consider a change. And I will most likely be making a change myself . I also believe you should refund my $72.50. It was not Junk food that I bought. Your card did pay for $90.00 worth of food. Thank you. Sincerely, Mrs. Nicki Reath

Elderly beware! This company cold-called my elderly mother and fooled her into switching her current Medicare insurance provider to Zing Ohio. They claimed they would help with food, transportation for the eldery....but my mom never understood that she would have to lose here wonderful current insurance company. We found out by a letter sent to her from her provider telling her she's been disenrolled. It was a big mess to correct to get her back to her original insurance company. I'd stay away from this company. We filed a grievance with Medicare against this company.

EDIT AS I HAVE A RESONSE: Finally got through to someone and the customer service was the absolute worst and the language barrier did not help. He told me to lie on the claim to get it paid - "change the admission date" is what I was advised. There is only one admit date, Sir. Fraud much? Seriously. They are trying to bill my patient $515 because they do not want to pay for a hospital services due to a change of insurance during my patient's admission. I have never in my life heard of this. Zing, feel free to reach out to me for details. I am telling every patient, friend, family member to avoid your plan. PROVIDER POV: They tell you to use Availity for all purposes, yet it throws an error every single day now and I cannot obtain the claim or eligibility info. I call and the automated claims section makes me enter all info, then says "I'm sorry there was an error try again later" and disconnects the calls. Today I've been on hold for the appeals line for 1 hour and 18 minutes and counting with "one person ahead of you" for the first hour, then "you are the next caller" for the rest of my hold time. I have to hang up soon to leave work without any resolution to my claim issue. "Ama-ZING healthcare" ok sure........ Patients, beware!
