I've never had to make an insurance claim before, so I was a bit nervous as to what to expect when I broke one of my camera lenses. After speaking to the staff at Policybee, i was reassured and made to feel comfortable quickly and the process was VERY stress-free. I hope that I don't have to use their services again, but it gives me great peace of mind knowing I am protected. Would highly recommend.

Inaccurate, unprofessional, and lacking in information—this sums up the customer service staff. A particularly misinformed and arrogant customer service operator (Kim) gave us definitively incorrect information regarding certain policies. Thankfully, we discovered more knowledgeable and professional health insurance brokers who worked promptly and in our favour.
