This is some text inside of a div block.
Do not go with this company. They are quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to come out and repair it and their customer service is a joke. They left a disabled person without a washing machine for weeks without any compassion whatsoever. Go with another company unless you want to just throw your money away. If I can give them 0 stars. I would do

What should I say about this lot ?? Excellent when you have a problem that can be repaired , once signed up, absolutely 0 contact, premiums increase as normal insurance companies, how many of us really take notice of a yearly payment, unless they contact of course. Beware ! My payment for an expensive integrated combination microwave oven started quite low, whilst you expect depreciation over so many years , I would like to draw your attention to their website today, Repair or Replace it states . Admittedly the kitchen and all appliances were fitted quite a while ago , the full kitchen cost in excess of 20 k . Micro went POP on Sunday evening, made a claim on line , engineer arrived the Monday lunchtime, nice young guy , I assisted as requested . Circuit board had blown, and he reported the fault . His advice was a worktop micro , and just block the space with a piece of wood.Inside 10 minutes BIG contacted by mail to inform me the poor thing was finished and they would would be in touch with an offer . They do not offer a replacement , they don’t even check to see if the parts are still available, your appliances needs to be scraped. Whilst I accept deterioration of an appliance, and I took the settlement they offered, even though I had checked, and the circuit board is still available , they are returning £4.00 more than they took from my account 6 weeks ago for the premium. Quite surprised this afternoon to be contacted to ask if I had anything else they insure 🥴 Maybe I should add , a replacement today will cost over £700.00 , BIG said my appliance was valued at £500.00. I accepted less than £140.00, and was told this afternoon unless I insure something else In the house, I will not be refunding a penny of this year’s premium paid a few weeks ago. They are certainly not the best insurance companies .

I'd give a zero rating if I could. Big Warranties are a total scam. Not only do they provide terrible service (try making a claim), but also try to cancel. You are given incorrect information that your account is cancelled, but they still try to charge you the next month. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
