I had a great experience with GoShorty. I bought a short-term insurance policy but then needed to change the date. Even though the policy had already started, I called customer service and they were super helpful—they agreed to give me a full refund as long as I took out a new policy for the updated dates. The process was smooth, no long hold times or hassle like you get with other insurers. The customer service team was polite, efficient, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend GoShorty!

Tried to cancel the policy 1 day in as the vehicle was miss firing and had to go into the garage for repair. I tried to cancel the policy and asked for a partial refund as I was on day 1 of 31. I was informed the Go Shorty policy is £0 refund for any reason. Seems a pretty unreasonable way to treat customers.
