This is an amazingly good company. When I phoned them to ask them about a claim on a car which I had just bought I was able to speak to a very helpful, named human being who explained what I should do. Every time I have rung they know my case and have provided a solution. They also communicated with my garage, paid the garage - in full - promptly, and the work has been completed. This company is highly impressive. Thank you for your very efficient, effective service by very pleasant people - a role-model for most other companies who don’t provide a service anything near to this.

Having suffered an air conditioning failure on my car I contacted Warranty Solutions and spoke to Paul (PK). After an initial conversation where Paul set out what would be covered and how things would proceed I was unable to get the car into a local specialist for 6 weeks. When I finally contacted Paul again yesterday with a breakdown of work required, costs and contact details for the garage, the claim was discussed, accepted and payment arrangements made within a few hours. Not only this but additional work that I’d assumed wouldn’t be covered was. I really cannot recommend Warranty Solutions enough. I have been very pleasantly surprised by their service and Paul himself deserves special mention for the easy way he dealt with my claim and the speed and efficiency with which it was concluded. Here is a company and claims engineer that go way above and beyond what I could have expected. In a field where excuses and avoidance of responsibility are the norm, Warranty Solutions and Paul are a shining example of how good and trouble free things can be. Very highly recommended.

I bought an Audi A4 from a dealer in January 2025. I experienced a few electrical and mechanical issues in the first few months, and I’m grateful to the dealer for providing a solid Gold Warranty from Warranty Solutions, which covered all my costs—no ifs or buts. As an insurance professional, particularly working on the claims side, I understand the highs and lows of the claims process. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, I can honestly say I have never come across an insurance company as exceptional as Warranty Solutions. I always say that if you are an honest customer, the insurance company should be honest with you in return—and that’s exactly what I experienced. Warranty Solutions handled everything perfectly.
