I had a 3 month warranty provided by a garage when I purchased a car and completely forgot it existed until I had a reminder that it was due to run out. In the meantime I had work done on the car for a repair that was pretty significant in cost. Got in touch with the warranty first team, showed them the evidence of repairs and prior work carried out by the garage and they have kindly reimbursed some of the costs to me. Can always understandably be a minefield with retrospective works but they were understanding about forgetting the policy was there and were extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend based on their honesty, integrity and reasonable approach to queries.

Our first interaction at the first phone call was very good. I m yet to use them in terms of my car repair but i m looking forward to it. However, the first impression through Over the call was good. The call agent was very helpful and guided through the process.

My first dealings with Warrantyfirst and Clair was great in explaining the process to myself in order for me to get my newly purchased vehicle back on the road. Being located in a part of the country which hasn't got a so many garages which would carry out my issue Clair managed to provide a booking so the vehicle can be looked over. My claim is far from over but 10/10 thus far for a service level. Thanks very much indeed.
