I never leave one star reviews but frankly feel like I now have no choice - I hope this gets noticed and dealt with as I’m just getting ignored by the customer services email. Purchased £978’s worth of click vinyl flooring and underlay… one of the boxes came damaged. Took some pictures and emailed them through straight away on the day of delivery (10/06/25) heard nothing for 10 days so politely chased again on 20/06 and have still heard nothing back. Here we are now 29/06/25 and still not had a response or even an acknowledgement to my initial email. I just want it sorting please - why is it proving so damn difficult.

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered and received a big order of flooring, part way through laying the product we noticed some boards with large defects of delamination? Large white areas in the wood that should not be there, on closer inspection of ALL the boards it is noticeable in some areas and not the expected look for the price paid. Had to lay the floor as it was a new build and had no flooring and to wait was impossible. Contacted customer support and went through a now months long process of trying to get a part refund. Having to chase up multiple times oh and throughout this iv been told I can return unused boards but everytime I email I ask about this and they now just ignore that part of my email time and time again. Have now been told no refund as I used the incorrect underlay?? The boards were defective out of the box before even being laid what on earth does the underlay have to do with it? Simply drew the process out over months hoping I would go away or forget about it... simply prolonged and denied claim for a bogus reason nothing to do with the defect at all. Do not order from here boards were bad quality/damaged. Customer care no existent. Most likely will get the seemingly cut and paste response to this of "We understand your frustration with" blah blah nonsense.

The laminate I paid £333 for someone was damaged and it also was not connecting properly I have been back and forth with them since feb and keep having to escalate an escalate two different managers this has still not been resolved they offered me a 50% discount of four boxes which would total to £48 this is not Acceptable due to it it’s not just the damage. It’s fact that it doesn’t connect properly leaving my flooring gappy seems to be a connection issue and there not happy to resolve
