Formal Complaint Regarding Order Damaged Flooring and Delivery Issues Dear Flooring365 Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and product I received from Flooring365. I purchased engineered flooring from your company, and the experience has been severely disappointing. Firstly, the delivery of my order was unacceptable. I was explicitly assured that my flooring would be delivered on Tuesday. I waited throughout the entire day, and at 3 PM, I contacted your office to inquire about the delay. I was then assured that the driver would arrive by 5 PM. However, the delivery did not occur until 24 hours later. This significant delay wasted an entire day of my time, and your company did not acknowledge or address the inconvenience caused. Secondly, upon the arrival of the second palette of flooring, I discovered that it was damaged. I immediately contacted Flooring365 and was informed that a replacement would not be provided because approximately 10% of the flooring would be cut during installation. I have attached the relevant email correspondence for your review. My argument, which I reiterate here, is that I paid for flooring in prestige condition, and that is what I expect to receive. Your company cannot arbitrarily determine the amount of wastage for my project. While I understand that damages can occur during transit, it is your responsibility to provide replacements for damaged goods, especially when I purchased new and perfect condition flooring. Since my initial complaint, Flooring365 has been unresponsive. My emails and phone calls have been ignored, which I find completely unacceptable. This lack of customer service is appalling. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of service and the product I received. I do not recommend Flooring365 to anyone. Your company's practice of promising excellent service before payment and then disregarding customer concerns after payment is unacceptable.

Flooring365: A Disaster from Start to Finish. Avoid at All Costs! Where do I even begin? My experience with Flooring365 was a complete nightmare. If you're looking for reliable service and quality products, look elsewhere. First, the delivery. They promised Tuesday. I cleared my entire day. Waited. Nothing. Called at 3 PM. They said, "Oh, it'll be there by 5 PM." Guess what? It arrived 2 days late. No apology, no explanation, just a shrug. They clearly don't value their customers' time. Then, the second palette of flooring arrived damaged. I contacted them immediately. Their response? "Oh, you'll be cutting 10% anyway, so we won't replace them or refund you for damaged ones." Seriously? I paid for prestige condition flooring, not damaged goods. They completely dismissed my concerns and ignored the fact that they have no idea about my project. I expect what I pay for. Damages happen, yes, but replacements are required. And now? They're just ignoring me. Emails unanswered, phone calls brushed aside. It's like once they have your money, they don't care anymore. Honestly, I can't recommend Flooring365 to anyone. They promise the world before you pay, and then deliver absolute garbage. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This company is a complete joke.

We ordered 19 packs of flooring from this company. We have just refused delivery today, as is our right, of the floorboards which were packaged in light cardboard which was wet through, and would have affected the MDF inside, as well as an obvious puncture to one of the boxes. The wet cardboard boxes containing flooring with MDF on the click lock system would have been affected by the water and we cannot accept that as MDF once wet does NOT stay the same shape and size, so would not lock in when we lay the floor. We have refused the entire order, and asked them for a refund. We cannot deal with this company again. The rude customer services woman said we MUST accept the delivery as if we have no choice in the matter, which is not how customer service works. They do not know how to look after customers. They tried to force us to accept the delivery and we refused it. The staff did not assure us that any damaged items would be replaced, but that they would ‘investigate’ which doesn’t sound like an assurance to me. Very dodgy company and now they've got the cheek to email us that they're taking £170 out of our refund when we already paid £85 for the delivery of the goods. Why are they taking double? I'll be complaining to trading standards. Plus they’ll be able to claim against the courier company and insurance making that money back, very unhappy and bad experience and shocked this can happen in the UK nowadays

Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment expressed by customers regarding Flooring365's wood and laminate flooring service is strongly negative, with reviewers consistently reporting dissatisfaction across multiple areas. Most customers highlight delayed deliveries, damaged goods on arrival, difficulties obtaining refunds, and a notable lack of responsive customer support. Positive experiences or recommendations are rare; the majority warn others to avoid the company due to unaddressed issues post-purchase. Instances of rudeness, additional fees, and refusal to replace faulty products are cited as ongoing concerns.

Common feedback includes problems such as wet or damaged flooring, costly restocking or delivery charges, and claims that customers were told to use damaged planks as “cuts.” Several reviewers mention aggressive or unsympathetic communications from customer service, and many state their complaints and refund requests have been ignored or inadequately handled. Only two reviews mention helpful staff or satisfaction with samples and product quality; these are exceptions rather than the rule.

In summary, Flooring365 has developed a poor reputation in the UK wood flooring market based on the patterns reflected in these customer reviews. Persistent complaints about product condition, delivery reliability, and unresolved customer service issues indicate systemic operational challenges. Genuine positive feedback is scant, and most accounts advise potential buyers to exercise caution due to inconsistent practices and service gaps.
