Product is good but ordered and paid extra for quick delivery to be told that they didn’t have a van in the area so would deliver the following week instead. To me this screams that although I had paid extra for quick delivery, I hadn’t paid enough to make it worth their while. The order was nearly £600 so I felt they could have made more of an effort to fit the delivery around the customer rather than putting the company first. I emailed the Sales Manager to ask for the order to be cancelled but had to chase this later in the week as hadn’t heard anything. If you offer speedy delivery for an extra cost this should be available otherwise it’s not speedy delivery, it’s paying extra for you order to end up on the same run than it always would have been on.

The length of skirting had the profile change from bullnose to almost square at one end meaning I would not have enough length for the job, had to hide it in a corner, the primed finish was also very textured/orange peel making the satinwood very draggy to apply, it took 2 coats to look decent compared to 1 for the other brand skirting for a refurb. Not impressed!

Products arrived in good condition, the delivery driver did message the day before and ask me if he could come early rather than just rolling up at 6am which I thought was great, delivery driver was great and respectful, the only issue really is that you can not select a delivery date, you have to wait for it to come to you in email, luckily I could change it to the next day when I was off but it may not be that simple, even if they are unable to provide delivery in a couple of days they should give you a day option the following week so you can book it when it suits you as not everyone is ordering as a builder and won’t be open to accept deliveries at all times of day or at the drop of a hat. Other than that, no complaints really.
