Lots of choices to make the policy suit your exact needs. Polite, knowledgeable, helpful staff who listen to your answers and build your policy for you. Competitive pricing with options to cancel, add or remove parts of your policy and even move the start date for free, no hidden charges. Very happy all round

They cancel your policy without informing you. Last year I renewed my policy and paid the annual fee, then this year I did not get the renewal. I called and they told me that because I cancelled the direct debit, it automatically cancels the policy and that letters would have been sent out saying this. I did not remember cancelling the direct debit and no letters were received saying the policy was cancelled. I'm also not sure why they wouldn't email this as well since they email about everything else, but apparently they "definitely did send a letter out". Apparently a lot of their customers go through this and I'm not the only one. Either way I had to get a new policy which cost £110 more than last year's. Thing is, I logged into my bank and the direct debit is still active. Not cancelled at all! So they lied about the direct debit being cancelled, probably lied about the letters being sent out, just to get me to pay a higher rate. No wonder a "lot of their customers go through this", they probably do it on purpose to scam people. Well I don't accept the new policy quote and I've found an insurer that is actually cheaper than what I paid for last year's policy. Absolute joke!

We had a pipe burst when both out at work which damaged the ground floor of our property. Even though a new build, we were not covered under the builder’s warranty as fixtures and fittings are exempt. (a note to anyone with a new build!!) We were in the process of moving from the new build property and due to exchange – so it was a most stressful situation. Uinsure and their claims support assisted us in settling the claim in great time due to our circumstances, with reasonable excess for an escape of water claim – our ground floor was returned to normal, contents re-imbursed for and we are now happily moved into our new home. Thank goodness for insurance – thank you Uinsure!
