I'm stunned where all the 5-star reviews are coming from for this company. I'm guessing none of these customers have actually needed to make a claim on their insurance. That process is terrible - I made my claim 4 months ago and it is still not resolved. They use AXA for claims so you should take a look at their reviews before deciding to purchase. I have been asked for information that was submitted at the point of claim, been subject to various other delaying tactics and still no outcome. The true test of an insurance company is when a claim is made ... this company fails massively at that point.

Proceed with caution. It was easy & straight forward to purchase the policy, however the insurance partner, AXA, is currently putting us through an awful ordeal. A really awful and unsatisfactory customer experience during a really horrific ordeal when empathy & human decency should be at the forefront of the service provided. Purchase insurance from this company with caution—the positive feedback is just related to the policy purchase process, not the claims handling.

Good priced policy for our holiday in majorca especially as we are both in our 70s. Due to COVID19 holiday has been cancelled and money refunded by jet2, realised that due to this i no longer needed travel insurance so contacted TIS online via their chat line. Very quick response no debating on credit notes etc. just a full refund issued to be in my account with 3 to 5 days. Very professional, thankyou.
