Quick and friendly service of having my loud duel fans replaced, phoned to update me about the problem and the process of ordering the fans too. Even replaced one of the screws (that i lost and put a big substitute) for me. Shame i had to get rid of the other working fan but it was probs worth it.

Perfect experience! Thank you guys so much. I have been using this laptop for 5 years and never got the fans changed, and one of them just suddenly stopped working. I went to the store and they helped me change a new one in only 2 days. Now the noise of the fans and the overheating problem are solved as well. Really satisfying result and patient service. Highly recommend!

Good communication with both options of a phone call and/or WhatsApp keeping me updated. I needed the files on my laptop to be recovered after it broke during a recent Windows update. They did this in 3 days and also managed to make my laptop work again in the process! Would go here again if I have any more issues.
