Unfortunately I was warned off this business when it was already too late. If only I had read these reviews! I took my laptop in for an SSD upgrade. £155. When I tried to use it, the laptop would suddenly switch off and sometimes wouldn't switch on again. I returned to the shop and was told it needed a new battery -- which I reluctantly agreed to: £85. I doubted the diagnosis because it should still work with a mains lead, but I foolishly fell for it. The problem persisted and the laptop would not reliably switch on. I took both parts back to the shop, asked that it be returned to its former condition before they had touched it, with a full refund. They will only refund the £85. The proprietor would hardly let me get a word in, both in the shop and on the phone. He actually put the phone down on me. The female assistant is shockingly rude with an appalling passive-aggressive attitude. Worst of all, is that when I picked up the laptop after the second "repair" I did manage to switch it on for a short while and it had gigabytes of data with financial files and personal documents of another customer's repaired laptop loaded onto it! This is totally illegal. The shop is a disaster. I strongly advise you not to go there if you want to keep your sanity.

The girl in the shop was lovely and my two iPhone 6s were fixed perfectly and in time. They replaced the battery on one and fixed the screen on the other. Both phones work well and I am overall glad with my experience

Happened to walk past this place a few months ago as I had broken a section of my Toshiba Laptop's keyboard, checked to see whether it would be worth repairing and they quoted a reasonable price so I had it done and was very pleased with the results. Surprised to see the range of reviews on here as I've been back a few times since for some other jobs and I've been nothing but happy with the work done. Recommended to friends & family who also have had great results with the business!
