They were upfront on costs and time. They got the laptop back to me within 24 hours and that’s an amazing turn around. They said if extra charges are needed for parts then they will be added in at the end which leaves one to be apprehensive but they are honest about their work and didn’t charge for any extra parts as they weren’t required.

I've used the Bruntsfield branch of Simply FixIt on a number of occasions over the years, to set up new laptops and to resolve any problems, and they're always really excellent. They do the job quickly and really well, and are always willing to help and to advise. I strongly recommend them.
